ASHVAM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED provides educational coaching services including but not limited to online classes, offline coaching, career guidance, and admission assistance in various subjects and streams.

3Admission and Enrollment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria
• All required documents must be submitted at the time of admission
• Fees must be paid as per the schedule and policy
• We reserve the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason

4Fees and Payment

• All fees are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy
• Fees must be paid within the specified time frame
• Late payment may attract penalties or result in suspension of services
• Fee structure is subject to change with prior notice

5Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain discipline and respect towards faculty and fellow students
• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and assessments on time
• Not engage in any form of misconduct, cheating, or plagiarism
• Follow all institute rules and regulations

6Intellectual Property

All course materials, study notes, videos, and other educational content provided by ASHVAM LEARNING are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

7Limitation of Liability

ASHVAM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our courses.

8Cancellation and Refund

9Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We may also change course schedules, faculty, or curriculum as deemed necessary.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
