1General Policy
ASHVAM LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED has a fair and transparent refund policy. Refunds are processed as per the terms and conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with supporting documents.
2Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Course cancellation by the institute before commencement
- Withdrawal before the course start date (subject to deduction of processing fees)
- Medical emergencies or other genuine reasons (subject to approval)
- Non-availability of promised services or facilities
3Refund Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Submit a written refund request along with original fee receipt, admission form copy, supporting documents (if applicable), and bank account details.
Step 2: Review
Our team will review your request within 7-10 working days and inform you of the decision.
Step 3: Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

6Special Cases
In case of medical emergencies or other genuine circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting medical certificates or relevant documents must be provided.
